“Im James mother . My son had been without a/c for 2 weeks tomorrow. I was willing to go deeper in debt to get his a/c working. U brought him home from hospital 2 weeks ago & the air in apartment was not cold. He went straight to office & reported problem. Their maintenance guy come checked out went to get ” capacitor” not knowing what he was doing he ended up blowing up compressor. So he put a new unit in a week ago Friday it blew cold air for approximately 3 hours then thermostat started dropping. James let maintenance guy & girl at office know. She told him maintenance guy had read cold air coming in. I went in my sons apartment for first time after they put new a/c last Wednesday & it was hot. I called the phone # on the office door because they were closed & when i told her my sons apt. At 134 was hot she ask was i on lease. I told her know but i had found my son the apartment to move in & she told me she did not have to talk to me about anything. Thats some of what i told you this morning. The service guy that come out today was very courteous, knowledgeable, & told me he would get it going but it would costs repairs ,parts, time, & service fee. I just wanted my son to be able to feel human again. Your service guy was very honest with me. I even had my grandson 20 years old with me who goes on service calls for residential carpenter jobs and he made the remark “that is the nicest serviceman ” i have ever met. Put yourself in my shoes. Would like to think you would have not slept a night knowing they didn’t have air either. I even felt guilty & would turn my a/c off at home & in car. I believe in your company & technicians this was just a rare messed up job by their “so called ” maintenance person. I will have him give them a 30 day notice tomorrow & move on away from their ways of treating him. DEFINITELY got to be against the way housing should be run. Appreciate what your technician did before he found more deeper problems. Thank all of you” – J.P.
“Good service & on time for appt would recommend to anyone.” – S.W.
