My AC is Leaking, What Do I Do?
A leaky air conditioning unit is a fairly common problem to come by. It’s likely caused by one of the following symptoms:
- Condensate drain line is backed up
- Drain pan is rusty or broken
- Broken condensate pump
- Dirty air filter needs to be replaced
- Refrigerant needs a refill

What Does It Mean When My AC Blows Hot Air?
If your AC unit is no longer blowing cold air into your home, it’s probably a result of one of the following issues:
- Check that your thermostat is configured correctly
- Air filter needs to be changed
- Airflow restriction causing issues with compressor and refrigerant
- System hasn’t received regular maintenance in years
- Unit isn’t receiving electricity
- Return duct is broken or disconnected
