Coronavirus Safety Precautions

Here are the steps that Lee’s Air Conditioning is taking to keep you, your family and our employees safe during the coronavirus outbreak.

  • All employees have their temperatures checked daily to ensure that they are not sick.

  • Our office is locked and no walk-in traffic is allowed.

  • All employees are to practice social distancing and will maintain a distance of approximately 6 feet when possible.

  • All installers and service technicians will wear proper PPE (personal protection equipment).

  • When calling to schedule an appointment our office staff will be asking the following questions:
    – Have you or a member of your home been out of the country or to New Orleans in the past 2 months?
    – Is anyone in your home running a fever?
    – If so, is it possible they can be secluded while our technician is working inside your home?

  • You will not be required to touch our technician’s iPad to sign an estimate or for an invoice. Our technicians will ask if it is okay to write in your initials as proof of acceptance to perform the required work.

  • When paying, our technicians have brand new zip bags that they will ask you to place your cash or check into. It is required that you add your birthdate along with your driver’s license number when paying with a check.

  • Before and after servicing any customer, our technicians will wipe down surfaces with disinfectant.

  • All employees have been equipped with hand soap, water, and disinfectant cleaner.

  • We are closely monitoring the health of every employee on a day to day basis.

  • All employees are required to let their supervisor know when they are feeling ill and they are NOT TO COME INTO WORK
